Terms and Conditions: Marble, granite, wood, and related natural products; therefore, variations in color, shading, markings, and tone are characteristics of these materials. The customer has the option to select materials. ALL MATERIALS MUST BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO TAKING DELIVERY OR PICKING UP. No claims will be accepted for any circumstance after the material is. cutand/orinstalled. All claims of damage must be made immediately at the time of pick up or delivery. All claims for defects in quality are waived if notice in writing is not delivered to the Seller within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the merchandise by the purchaser. Seller'sliabilityand Purchaser'ssole and exclusive remedy is limited to the replacement ofmerchandise orrepairof defectivemerchandise bythe selleratSeller's option. Sellers shall not be responsible for delays caused by strikes or accidents. All returns are subject to a twenty percent(20%)restockingfee andmust be accompanied by the original Invoice/Delivery Order. All returns must be pre-approved. Any returns must be considered by the seller to be in the same condition as when sold. Absolutely no credit on materialreturned afterone (1)week. The seller shall retain a security interest and remain the owner of all merchandise until it is paid in full. In the event of nonpayment, and if this transaction requires a collection, the purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs associated with collection, whether by demand, arbitration, orforthemain filling ofalawsuit. Purchaser agrees to pay Seller interest at the highest rate allowable bylawon allsums not paid when due. If suits are brought, then the venue will be in the state of Florida. PAYMENT METHOD: CHECK: Payable to Stone Tile Gallery International CREDIT CARD: For all payments with a credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be added to the Invoice amount.
